Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. A just published article from the Miami Herald, features the upward change on the high end Miami market on the last months. But inventory seems to be just disappearing faster than buyers might expect.

The excellent market research by award winning reporter and film critic  Rene Rodriguez, explains the process of change on the market trends, with the infusion of new buyers from power markets as Chicago, New York and many others.

The article was welcomed by the brokers community.

Sebastian Tettamanti, broker and Executive Vice President for Dezer Developments said “Even we anticipated this trend years ago, work from home new needs are opening Miami as never before to our new neighbors”

“The Miami Herald is right on the dot, but I must say this is no longer a buyer’s market on single family homes”  commented Fernando Pettineroli, listing agent with Dezer Platinum Realty LLC, a multi-billion dollar brokerage based in Sunny Isles Beach. “We are very excited of servicing the best referrals from agents and brokers from Denver, Malibu and the Silicon Valley.”

Inventory is shrinking faster than expected in the high end market in Sunny Isles. “We believe well priced inventory in luxury single family is at certain areas selling on the first month of listing. And condos are to follow soon.” explained Fernando.

“The only element nobody can yet compute is how many luxury foreclosures will really happen, but we are already receiving investors inquiring for them”.
